You love your dog. You want to give them the best in life, and that includes a good diet, naturally.
But there's so much choice - kibble, wet food, tinned food, freeze-dried, dehydrated...the range and choice of commercial dog foods is vast and can be bewildering. How do you know what to choose? Ingredients labels can be confusing and even deliberately misleading.
And what about raw food? Some people swear by it, but you don't know where to start and whether it is appropriate for your dog. And is it safe...??
Perhaps your dog suffers from; inflamed or itchy skin and paws, gunky ears or ear infections, anal gland issues, poor dental health, or regular digestive upsets such as diarrhoea and vomiting. Food sensitivities can be at play here but knowing how to identify them isn't easy.
I'm here to help tailor a diet specifically to your dog's needs for optimal health, vitality and longevity.
Knowing that you're giving your dog the best building blocks for a long and healthy life gives you peace of mind. Seeing them devour a variety of wholesome, fresh foods with gusto, gives you pure pleasure!

My background is in natural nutrition for humans, though I quickly saw the parallels with canine nutrition - our digestive systems are not that disimilar. I've witnessed many times the powerful changes that quality appropriate food can make to the health of both humans and dogs.
Over the last 25 years, I have fed my dogs across the spectrum of kibble, raw and fresh, home-cooked diets. Sometimes the diet you believe to be the best for a dog is not one they can tolerate, so being flexible and open-minded is key.
It's important to me that I offer ongoing support, giving you the opportunity to ask questions when putting changes into practice, to get feedback and advice when you face hurdles or challenges, and to maintain momentum. It helps to build the condfidence and competence you need to succeed - and success means a healthier and happier dog.
As you are probably aware by now, there are no guarantees in life. Dogs are genetically unique indivduals whose health is the result of a complex mix of internal and external influences. I would be wary of anyone who claims to guarantee a resolution of all issues. My own dog has long term gut health issues which are helped and managed with a fresh food diet
What I can guarantee is that I will listen to your concerns, and support and guide you. And I'm confident that the skills I share with you will deepen your understanding of your dog's whole health needs and empower you to support your dog in the best way possible.
My aim for you is that you will feel a sense of relief and clarity almost immediately by having a better understanding of your dog's dietary needs and how their current diet and symptoms may be linked.
Each dog will respond to dietary changes in their own way and over different periods of time, from as little as 24 hours to several weeks. It's important to be guided by your dog's responses and to use that information to make the changes appropriate for them.
We never stop learning and this package is just a starting point on your journey. You may want to add extra support sessions to maintain your progress and momentum.
Yes, my advice and support plans are specifically tailored to your dog and their current needs whether they are a puppy, senior citizen or somewhere inbetween.
