When you need help with your dog it can be hard knowing where to turn...
There's so much information out there, so much conflicting advice and so many false promises.
My priority is to listen to your concerns with empathy and compassion - I know first-hand what it's like to feel overwhelmed, frustrated and discouraged.
My approach is realistic, honest and sensible - no quick fixes, no magic cures, and no one-size-fits-all methodology - just sound advice and appropriate strategies to make you and your dog feel better quickly, backed up with ongoing support as you both work towards positive life changes.
My mission is to support you and your dog in living your best life together, in balance and harmony.
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." Aristotle
Holism means different things to different people...
For me, it's about taking into account not only the physical, mental and emotional needs of the dog, but also how they interact with you, their caregiver, and the wider environment in which they live. This applies equally whether I am helping with behaviour or dietary issues.
Each of us is a unique individual with our own unique needs, and the same is true of our dogs. Similarly, each relationship is unique too and represents another whole to take into consideration.
The information you share with me about your dog helps provide clues as to the reasons for their behaviour, what their individual needs are and what may need adjusting in order to support the dog in being balanced, happy and healthy. What works for one dog, and relationship, will not necessarily work for another.
I incorporate a wide range of modalities into my programmes such as: TTouch, essential oils, flower essences, herbal remedies, sound therapy, nutritional supplements, meditation and breathing practices, visualisations, mindset techniques, ACE Freework and scent work - selecting from these the appropriate elements to suit you and your dog.
